Shot #14 - Watermelon Seed

Proposition:
With a ball balanced on the rail, push down on the ball like a watermelon seed. The person whose ball goes the farthest wins.

Origin:
Fred Hermann is credited with this shot in 1902.
Set-Up:
Place a ball on the end rail. Push down on the ball like a watermelon seed. Each person gets three tries and the person who makes his ball go the farthest wins.

Shot #20 - Reverse the Rack of Ten
Proposition:
Reverse the rack of ten balls by moving only three balls.

Origin:
I first saw it in an article by Bill “Willie Jopling” Marshall in Billiards Digest.
Set-Up:
Rack 10 balls in a triangle like the diagram on the left. You want them to look like the diagram on the right.

Shot #25 - Behind the 8-Ball
Proposition:
With cue ball in hand, make the 8-ball in Pocket X under these conditions:
1) You cannot touch any other ball.
2) You can use a triangle.
Difficulty Rating: 2

Based on the findings of Charles “Bucktooth” Cook.
Set-Up:
Begin with the 8-ball in the center of the table. Place the 1-ball, 2-ball, and 3-ball in a row in front of Pocket X.
